Problems with your order

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from the item you ordered, contact admin@patriotdigitalcollective.com as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. Please contact us before returning an item.

Made-to-order shirts

Each shirt is printed for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or dissatisfaction with a custom design you approved. Check the size guide and your selections before checkout. This applies to personalized shirts too.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need a change or cancellation. Changes depend on production progress and are not guaranteed. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that apply by law.
